I know it's still officially Autumn, but I want to be prepared! This month we had a Winter Survival Kit Make and Take Class so everyone has what they need to support immune systems and stay as healthy as we can as winter is approaching.
These are the recipes and pricing I used for our products. It is easy to adjust or change them based on your needs and which oils you have on hand. I printed out a sheet for everyone to take with them so they have the recipes for future reference and so they knew how to use each item too. I printed out the labels on full size sticker sheets. Then I cover the front with clear packing tape before cutting them out. This way the labels are waterproof and hold up longer.
There are a few other important things we do to stay feeling our best during the winter or when I fear something may be lurking in the wings. We up our daily Vitamin D intake, use the herbal tincture Kick Ass Immune Booster, drink my homemade bone broth, drink unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar diluted in water, use Sovereign Silver Immune Support, and avoid sugar.
Even with all that effort we still may get sick. It is just a great feeling to know we have natural choices to stay as healthy as we can and give ourselves a fighting chance against all the icky stuff floating around throughout this season.
