I moved to Denver 13 years ago from Philadelphia Eagles country. My family are all Eagles fans, but I was never really into it. Here in Denver, the Broncos are such a part of the community and culture, it is hard not to be swept up in it. Now that I am married with kids and calling Denver "home," the whole family is on board and our Fall weekend highlights usually include watching the game.
Weather we are relaxed in our neighborhood enjoying the game or out visiting friends, Sunday means you are wearing your Bronco orange. While my husband and kids are happy with their old reliable t-shirts, I like to wear something a bit more stylish, especially if we are going to football parties with friends. NFL Shop has tons and tons of unique and fun apparel and accessory choices to dress up your football watching gear.
Adding great jewelry and accessories with a cute skirt and heels is a fun choice. Last weekend, it was FREEZING and I needed a warm scarf and boots to be comfortable. I added a big belt and chunky bracelet, so I felt dressed up while still supporting my team. The NFL shop has so many choices for every style and size. You will find fun options from every team for you and great gifts for your family and friends too. The selection is gigantic and I could not believe all the options! The rest of my family will all find some great new gear this Christmas from Mama too. We need to be ready for the playoffs. Santa may have left this hoodie for me under the tree too-it gets cold here in Denver!
While watching the game is fun, spending time with friends and eating delicious food is top of our priority list. There is always an appetizer or treat in my bag when we head out to a footballl party! I love this one-it is roomy and sturdy to hold all of my delcious dips and casseroles.
I have a few tried and true recipes they are always hits and I love to make them for football parties. We like to amp up the food along with our clothing! This Butternut Squash, Mushroom, and Gruyere Pizza is the perfect comfort food for a cold winter day and takes your average pizza out of the ho-hum category.
Hit up the NFL and shop your favorite team for your favorite people! I would love to hear how you are watching your favorite team in style and what special things you do to take it to the next level.
