We LOVE the snow!

Skiing, hiking, and playing in the snow is our favorite wintertime activity. Our weekend plans are always dependant upon snow in Denver or snow in the mountains and I was really excited to see this when I opened my SnowCast app today!

The SnowCast app for ios is the easiest way to find out quick and accurate information about upcoming snow.

Do you need to set your alarm a little early so you can make it to work on time?

Do you want to hit the mountains and get in some skiing or boarding after a big storm?

Do you need to stock up on supplies for a possible snow day for the kids?

Should you shovel the driveway tonight or wait until morning?

Weather you love the snow or hate the snow, SnowCast will come in handy for planning and getting prepared for the next storm. If you and your family travel, you can easily change locations to see if your destination is getting snow now, later in the day, or will be getting snow over the next 48 hours too.

You can even check out real time radar powered by your local weather stations. Fast loading and easy to read. SnowCast also features NOAA weather advisories for your extreme storms.

It is my favorite alert when I find out we have snow coming! You can customize your push notifications to alert you when snow is predicted or you can turn the feature off completely. Since we love the snow, I want to know when anything is expected, so I set my alert for 1 inch or more. However, you could set it warn you for 2, 5, or 8 inches or more.

Last weekend we made it out for our first ski trip of the season after a 13 inch storm at A-Basin and it was amazing! We planned ahead using SnowCast and waited for the snow to stop falling so we could enjoy a blue sky day and happy kids!

Head over here to Download the app . It is install and go with no complex set up and has a simple clean interface.Be ready for all the winter may bring!
