Patriotic Outdoor Luminaries

wire star tissue paper mason jar luminaries 1 copy

Well, yes, I know it's another mason jar craft, well what can I say? I have cases of them in my garage just calling to me day and night.

After all of my research for my 150 Patriotic Ideas post I am going red, white, and blue crazy!

150 patriotic crafts, recipes, projects, printables, and decor

I started with plain mason jars, strips of tissue, and Outdoor Mod Podge. I layered the paper and let it dry for a few days.

Then I took some wire and twisted it into a star using needle nose pliers. I wound another piece around the lid and ta-daa.

I put some battery powered votives in their and they look so stinkin cute.
