Making Healthy Easy Sweepstakes

Like most people with small children, our mornings are hectic and hurried. I try to get my kids off on the right foot with a healthy breakfast and L’il Critters™ Gummy Vites Complete are always part of our morning routine. I have tried about 4 different Omega-3 DHA supplements for my kids and they reject every single one. The chewables and liquids always taste overwhelmingly fishy.  Until now!     We eat a lot veggies and we are trying not to eat any fast food this year. I have slipped a couple of times and have eaten some fast food but overall it’s going pretty good one small step to healthier living.

    I try to cook healthy meals and incorporate new fruits in veggies in our meals as much as possible. My kids love colorful food so the fruit really brightens up the plate. we also drink lots of H2o
