Welcome to Main Ingredient Monday!
1 Main Ingredient + Tons of Creativity = 20 "New" and amazing projects
I love love love the idea of batch cooking and freezer meals to make our weeknights easier and quicker. However, I am so not into dumping cans and jars of processed food into my kids bellies. I have been in a cold winter cooking and baking phase and went on the hunt for some new ideas that we can throw together quickly AND use healthy and whole foods.
I am a HUGE fan of doubling the recipe while I am elbow deep in ingredients and save if for yourself or trade with friends.
