Fabric Covered Wall Letter

Fabric Covered Chevron Wall Letter 1 copy

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE any kind of typography and display wall letters. They are everywhere, from kids rooms and playrooms to restaurants and modern living spaces. I sure do not like the $15-$20 price tag on some of them though! My favorite are my faux zinc letters, but I have experimented personalizing wood and cardboard letters with spray paint, chalkboard paint, and book pages.

Here is everything you will need to do this project for yourself!

I love this letter and for the price of one store bought letter I could build my daughter's entire name! Have you been playing around with creating personalized letters? I would love to hear your ideas, tips, and projects, because I am letter obsessed and am always looking for new inspiration!

  1. Oh I could see myself doing quotes with these, holiday songs (how cute would a Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells look tacked to the hall of your home at Christmas time?) I love typography, fonts, quotes and all that stuff. I just got my first piece of vinyl – I am sort of afraid to use it for fear I will open up
    a whole ‘nother addiction! 🙂

  2. Cute!

Grey chevrons like that are the backdrop for the only professional photos I’ve had taken of my kids. I feel so on-trend!

  3. This is so cute! I’m a sucker for chevron. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

  4. Such a cute idea. i want to see it up on the wall! I’d love if you’d link up to The DIY’ers: http://homecomingmn.blogspot.com/2013/08/the-diyers-and-our-country-weekend.html
