Elmer's Craft-It from too Much Time On My Hands 2

Oh, how very very happy I was when this gloriously amazing gift came in the mail from Elmer's.

I was so excited I just didn't even know where to start. I mean check out all of these amazing products!

Elmers Caft It Kit from Too Much Time On My Hands

I decided to break out all of my craft supplies and invite my besties over and get our craft on!

There were some new products to try and some of my favorite supplies were in there too.

MMM, hmmm those Painter's Markers I use on all of my wood signs I create.

One of my new favorite products after using this kit are the Dual Tip Glue Pens! This glue comes out a nice tiny little dab at a time. I used it on my smallest projects and was completely happy with the results!

My other favorite new item is the X-ACTO Precision Scissors.

Check out what I made on Craft-It night! A winter garland made from paint chips!

I "borrowed" green and white paint chips from Home Depot and my new leaf puncher!

I strung my pieces on fishing wire and then used some silver washi tape to add a bit of flair.

It will be great to have something fun and festive to take the place of all my Christmas decorations. I always feel so sad to  put it all away and I am hoping a few of these cheerful pieces will easy the post Holiday Pain!

  1. Love the garland! Great idea to hang that after all the Christmas decorations are put away 🙂

  2. I love how simple and clean this looks. I always get so sad putting away the Christmas decorations. I might have to make some winter ones to put up until spring!! Thanks so much for sharing! ♥ Oh, and if you have time, I’d love for you to link up to Sweet Sharing Monday! http://saynotsweetanne.com/2012/sweet-sharing-monday-36/

  3. Great idea for that stash of cardstock I have in the basement too! I can see a garland draped across my fireplace mantle that looks so bare after Christmas! Thanks so much for sharing on Busy Monday!
