This was a really easy, cheap, and fun little project!
All you need is
1. fabric, I used a drop cloth
2. straight pins
3. a styrofoam wreath form, mine was from Dollar Tree
4. A ribbon for hanging
I followed the tutorial from Today's Fabulous Finds and it was SUPER helpful.
Basically, you cut a bunch of squares from your fabric, fold and bubble up the square, then pin it to the wreath form.My "bubbles" didn't turn out as nice as hers, but I am happy with it anyway!
It took a few tries to get the fold/bubble thing right, but this is where that great tutorial and her photos really come in handy!
I sure do like how it came out!
It was just the little somethin somethin my living room mirror needed.
I was very haphazard with the fabric and some of the frayed edges are poking out to give it a rustic feel.

Beautiful! You have a very sophisticated eye for interior design!
This turned out so nice! Very creative! Eventually, I’m going to get around to making drop cloth curtains for my porch.
How creative and pretty. I’m going to add this to my Pinterest Crafts Idea page.
Love, love this wreath. I wonder if a cotton ball inside of each one would help keep the puff. Thanks for posting.
OOOH! YES a cotton ball would totally help the puff!
Kim, this is just too cute and pouf-y! I could see this idea being used in so many different fabrics for all the various holidays!
I know! This was so easy and could work with any holiday!
Your wreath turned out super cute!

Your wreath is beautiful! I love it! I’m a new linky follower!
Jumped over here from Someday Craft – just loving that wreath!! I especially like that you allowed the ragged edges to peak out. The contrast of that with the sleek black ribbon is absolutely perfect!
Also, signed on to do the Linky thing – really liking that critter. When you get a chance amid all your wonderful crafting, decorating and play dough fight breakups (I totally get that!), I welcome you to visit my way too.
