150 Patriotic Crafts, Recipes, Printables and Parties

150 patriotic crafts, recipes, projects, printables, and decor

I just love The Fourth of July! For the past few years we have celebrated at one of our local parks and it has been perfect. We set up camp in between the playground and  restrooms across the field from the jumpy houses along the stream. There is a great crowd but plenty of room to spread out and have your own space.

Last week I made these cute little goodie bags to bring for all of the kids, but I am not stopping there. I found a ton (A TON) of amazing ways to celebrate the 4th! Recipes, crafts, projects, printables, parties, mantles you name it and it is on this list!

One quick favor, please click through to the original post if you are going to pin any of the projects. Let's give credit where credit is due!

  1. Oh, my! You have outdone yourself this time girl! Can’t wait to drool over this for a while. But reading your description of what your family does on the 4th, I have to ask…..you don’t by any chance live in Idaho, do you? My daughter and I lived in Idaho Falls for a while, and the Snake River goes through town and the 4th there reminded me a lot of what you described. Oh, how we miss those holidays there. Just too gorgeous for words. Anyway, thanks again for all the inspiration! Dona

  2. Hi! Me again. Can you tell me how to Pin the person’s entry if there isn’t a ‘Pin’ icon thing that comes up over the post? (Lord, I hope that makes sense). One comes up on yours, I click it, it appears on my pin board. Bam. But if you click the Pin icon in the list of ways to follow, you get the persons whole Pintrest. I just want the blog post about the Fourth of July. Help??? Dona

    • Hmmm, I am using google chrome and when I click on the image (not the pin it hover image that sometimes pops up) or the description under the image I am going right to that post. I know other browsers can work differently. Or maybe I messed up some of the links. There may be one or two that go to a pinboard because the website was unavailable or no longer live. But I tried to only use images where I could find the direct source. Play around a little more and let me know. I want to fix it so everyone can get where they want to go!

      • Yes, I get right to the blog post too. That’s where my problem starts. I went to the “4 Crafts for $4: At the Picket Fence”. Got to the post, but then couldn’t figure out how to pin from THERE. See what I mean?

  3. Hi! Thank you so much for featuring my wreath! I love the collection you have created here! I am going to enjoy recreating some of these for my home! Thanks! Natalie (Craftastical Creator at PolkadotsOriginals )
